In order to enter, bakers must bake TWO (more or less identical) pies each week, in accordance with the week’s category. Each week, a local guest culinary celebrity judge will award a prize to the winning pie in that week’s category.

In order to operate in the safest possible manner, all pies will be sliced by WVRA staff and volunteers. Therefore, pies will need to be delivered COOL, ready for slicing, ahead of the event. We strongly encourage you to bake the pie for Monday on Sunday if at all possible.

In order to compete in the week’s fest, please deliver your pie to the program room at Mitchell Library between 5:00 pm and 5:30 pm. Please fill out this form before (or when!) you drop off your pie.
